Return & Refund Policy
BINGKING offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all original accessories, tags, and packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at teresa@bingking-glasses.cn before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package and, where applicable, provide additional return shipping instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at teresa@bingking-glasses.cn. Please include your order number and, where possible, photos showing the issue so we can review your request and provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including custom-made, personalized, or specially configured products. Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without their original packaging may also be ineligible for return.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges
If you would like a different product, color, or variant, please contact us first. The fastest way to receive the item you want is generally to return the original eligible item and place a new order after the return has been accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If an order is shipped into the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, without providing a reason, as required by applicable consumer law.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with its original accessories, tags, and packaging, together with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at teresa@bingking-glasses.cn.
Return Shipping
Return shipping instructions will be provided after your return request has been reviewed. Please do not ship a return without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
